Increasing your confidence

Here are two videos with a total of 10 minutes viewing time.

Let’s start with The Gap and The Gain video.

🏋🏽‍♂️ I’ve found this simple concept incredibly useful for helping me build and maintain confidence in the progress I’m making toward my goals.

When you start to set bigger goals, like those that form your audacious projects. You have to look at things from a positive perspective. This concept helps you do that.

And the second video is 3 wins today, 3 wins tomorrow.

🏋🏽‍♂️ I journal my 3 wins and 3 next day wins. The comments at the 1:41 mark about ‘bigger wins than planned’ has often happened for me too.

The exercise boosts confidence because it feel like you’re always winning the game.

Mini-Mission

Taken from 3 wins for today, 3 wins for tomorrow.

This help you build your confidence, it takes less than 5-minutes each day.

  1. Each evening visualise from the past day what your three wins were from the day.
  2. Go back over the experience in your minds eye.
  3. Look forward to tomorrow and see what your 3 big wins are going to be then.
  4. Write about both sets of wins in your journal.
  5. Next day go set out to have the three wins.
