What did you try this week that's different?

Just take a moment to answer this question.

What did you try this week that's different?

And I'm not meaning eating Hákarl (although kudos if you did). I'm meaning a different way to have impact or influence.

Most candidates applying for coaching haven't.

They'll tell me they want growth, or higher performance, or sales success ... but they continue to do that same old stuff ... usually a rework of their positioning and value proposition. But, have they tried something different with a client? ... Nada.

So, ask yourself honestly: Are you content within your comfort zone, or are you actively pushing to expand your capabilities as a consultant?

Growth comes from deliberate practice. And, that's why I share these insights weekly. My goal isn't entertainment but to provide ambitious individuals with actionable insights and challenges to consider.

If you're committed to growth new experiences are essential.

So, what new method or strategy do you plan to try next week?
