What exactly does a quarterly meeting look like?

Just us in conversation.
Your agenda. Not mine

2-3 things you want to discuss.
Look from different angles.
Peel back the layers.

Test ideas. Challenge thinking. Push where it counts.

Someone said to me

I knew immediately this wasn't for them.
A relentless achiever would never ask that.
They know what they want already.
That forms the conversation.

People often say these meetings are the best investment they've made.
Some even say they've had a huge impact, been life changing.
I won't make those claims. I'm just the sparring partner.

But I do know it's useful taking time away from the daily grind.

Slow down. Back up. Take stock.

When was the last time you did that?

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
