You’ve done well.
But here’s the truth you’re avoiding:

You followed the playbooks.

The best practices.
The frameworks.
The “this is how it’s done.”

And it worked…
until it didn’t.

You built something real.
But now you’ve hit a ceiling—
and you can’t explain why.

Here’s the uncomfortable bit:

You’re doing everything “right.”
And that is the problem.

Because you’re doing everything right
according to someone else’s rules.

Rules designed to get most people
to a certain level.

But that level isn’t yours.
It’s not even close.

So here’s the question you’ve been side-stepping:

“What would I create if I threw out the playbook?”

Other people’s limits are built to fit everyone.
Yours aren’t.

So choose:
Their playbook… or your potential?

What's really going on

“ … all of us hold on tightly to many things we don’t really have.” This line from Patrick Rhone’s book - This Could Help - got me thinking about our attitudes toward pipelines, relationships, and services.

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
