Consistency is your underrated asset.

Consistency is your underrated asset.

And it doesn’t come from motivation.
It's the core of an elite performer's identity.

Motivation says: “I feel like it today.”
Identity says:
- This is who I am.
- This is what I do daily.
- Even when I don’t feel like it.

Do you think the top 4% of Growth Leaders wait to feel inspired.
Or make excuses, turn of the alarm, and snuggle down for a duvet day.

Of course not.

But they don’t “power through” either.
Or need to hype themselves up.

They show up ... because that’s what they do.
They take action because they’ve trained their identity.

It’s not discipline.
It’s not willpower.
It’s habits wired to identity.

Does that sound like you?

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
