🚀 On Sundays I do a weekly review.

I'm looking to answer how well I lived my Ideal Week?

So, here's what I look at:

1️⃣ Mars bar' time - balancing my work, rest, and play
↳ Was my time spent balanced across work, rest, and play?
↳ Were my rest and play activities genuinely restorative?

2️⃣ Values alignment - being useful
↳ How did I live out my core values this week?
↳ Were there any actions misaligned with my values?

3️⃣ Intentional progress - doing what I set out to
↳ Did I achieve the goals I planned for this week?
↳ What adjustments can I make for better follow-through?

4️⃣ Challenge - taking my performance to the next level
↳ When did I push beyond my comfort zone this week?
↳ Which setbacks taught me something valuable?

5️⃣ Relationships - investing in my most important people
↳ Did I make meaningful connections with key people?
↳ Who needs more attention or support next week?

How do you review your week?

What's really going on

“ … all of us hold on tightly to many things we don’t really have.” This line from Patrick Rhone’s book - This Could Help - got me thinking about our attitudes toward pipelines, relationships, and services.

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
