Write them down, track your progress, and share updates with an accountability partner.

Here's the research that backs this up...

Gail Matthews, a professor of psychology recruited 267 participants. Those who wrote down their goals and shared progress reports had the highest goal achievement rate, with 76% of participants achieving their goals or making significant progress toward them.

Stands to reason because writing down your goals helps you clarify what you want to achieve. And sharing your progress helps you stay accountable and motivated.

Do you set specific, measurable goals and track your progress regularly?

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
