Are you ‘all in’ or ‘half assed’?

To get to a higher performance level you’ll need to change what your doing.

And probably not be content with tiny incremental changes each year. High achievers think bigger and bolder than that.

A lot of people like the idea of growth. But when push comes to shove they don’t (or won’t) invest in themselves and their team. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone.

That’s a good reason to watch people’s actions rather than listening to their words. Look at personal growth over the last few years. Are they ‘all in’ or ‘half assed’?

And what about you, are you drifting or driving?

Think Different

I love it when there's a seemingly Unreasonable Agenda. The Apple Think Different campaign epitomised this. Just look at the change makers: Albert Einstein: Questioned absolute space-time. Bob Dylan: Reimagined song meanings poetically. Martin Luther King Jr.: Envisioned equality beyond segregation. Richard Branson: Ignored business conventions fearlessly.
